    What is the Positive Team Challenge?

    It's a unique team challenge designed to strengthen bonds and improve cohesion. Participants exchange anonymous positive feedbacks via a web application, which are then transformed into physical or digital cards for distribution at an event.

    How does anonymity work in the challenge?

    As soon as someone receives a compliment, their name is removed from the list to ensure that everyone receives at least one. This also ensures that positive feedbacks remain anonymous.

    Can I customize the platform with my company's branding?

    Yes, we offer a white-label version of the application, allowing you to adjust the design and logo to match your corporate identity.

    How far in advance should we plan the challenge?

    We recommend planning the challenge at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure optimum implementation.

    How are the three strengths of the team member on each card chosen?

    Each compliment is tagged with a maximum of three strengths, taken from a reference frame of 43 strengths we offer. These strengths highlight the employee's qualities and skills.
