By using the BETA version of the Listen Léon solution, you expressly certify that you are informed that the general terms of use and privacy policy of the final version of the solution are being drafted.

The website and the application, as well as the systems, software, structures, infrastructures, databases and content of all kinds (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, trademarks, databases, etc.) that are integrated therein are provided as they stand and according to their availability.

Listen Léon makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the suitability or compatibility of the site and application, or its software or content.

Listen Léon shall in no event be liable for any loss or damage, direct, indirect or special, resulting from the use of this site or the application, its software or its content. Any use by a user will be at his own risk and under his sole responsibility for any damage to a computer system or any resulting loss of data.

If you notice any defects, errors or malfunctions, please inform us immediately so that we can correct them. Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

By using the Listen Léon website and application, you agree to use the BETA version under these conditions, and you also agree that your personal data may be collected in this context. The data collected are intended for Listen Léon SAS, a company with a capital of €5,000, whose registered office is at 776 Chemin du Puits Neuf - 13480 Cabriès, registered with the RCS of Aix-en-Provence under number 842 235 533.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, in particular the "Data Protection Act" of 6 January 1978, in its current version, and the "RGPD" regulation of 27 April 2016, you have the right (i) to obtain the communication and, where applicable, the rectification or deletion of data concerning you, (ii) to request the deletion or limitation of the processing operation, (iii) to oppose the processing on legitimate grounds, (iv) to request the portability of the data concerning you, in order to recover and store them, and (v) to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
